BETWEEN SEASONS
Between Seasons explores transitional states in nature those quiet, often fleeting moments where light and form begin to shift. Rather than depicting a fixed place, the works sit within the space between, tracing the subtle tension between stillness and change.
Working in oil each painting is built through restrained tonal layering and a considered compositional approach. Forms emerge gradually, softened and reworked over time, allowing depth and atmosphere to develop within the surface. Edges dissolve, boundaries blur, and the landscape becomes less about description and more about perception.
This process reflects an ongoing interest in place and the in-between: where seasons turn, where light fades or gathers, and where the familiar becomes slightly uncertain. The works are intentionally quiet, inviting a slower engagement, revealing themselves through proximity, light, and time.
Conceived with a strong awareness of spatial context, Between Seasons sits at the intersection of contemporary painting and interior environments. Each work is designed not only as an image, but as a presence something that holds space, shifts with its surroundings, and resonates differently throughout the day.
